Our primary objectives are to foster a loving bond between you and your baby, support your body as it heals and strengthens after childbirth, and create a safe space where you can share experiences and find camaraderie among fellow mothers.

A bit about me...

In my classes, the aim is for you to turn inward, quieting the mind and becoming more aware of your body. Through the link of breath and movement, you'll be able to tune out life's stresses and give yourself some much-needed "you time."

Each class will take you on a journey through your body, culminating in a long, relaxing savasana.

We all have different reasons for coming to a yoga class, and I'm here to guide you in honoring your personal intentions for your practice. Practicing yoga simply means uniting the mind and body - there's no need to look a certain way or achieve any physical benchmarks. It's all about being present with yourself.
