LULLABUB BABY MASSAGE

Baby massage is a wonderful skill and special bonding activity between parents and their babies. It brings a number of benefits (for both parent and baby) and has become extremely popular over recent years.

Our courses give parents the opportunity to learn and practice massage on their babies in a relaxed group environment - and make new friends too!

Lullabub Baby Massage courses cost £45 and include:

• 5 group massage classes
• A bottle of grapeseed oil to bring along to each session
• Laminated course notes for you/other caregivers to use when practicing at home
• Refreshments each week
• A certificate of completion for you and your baby

All parents must bring a towel (to lie their baby down on), a change of nappy and, if babies are bottle-fed, an additional bottle is recommended to keep them hydrated.

It is also recommended parents wear comfortable clothing, minimal jewellery, and have short nails (where at all possible).

Note - Musselburgh East Community Learning Centre has ample parking, is a short walk from Wallyford Train Station, and is on a number of Lothian bus routes. Additionally, the room where the classes are held has baby changing facilities and private toilets.
