Pregnancy and Post Natal Pilates Classes run by a qualified Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor.

Post-Natal Pilates Classes:
- Suitable from 6 weeks post-partum
- Babies welcome in class
- Block booking of progressive post-partum Pilates working on rebuilding your core, pelvic floor and strength. Focus on stretching those muscles that become tight post-partum from the demands of being a mummy.
- A friendly sociable class perfect for meeting other Mums.

Pregnancy Pilates Classes:
- Small group Pilates class modified to support your pregnancy journey
- Focus on pelvic floor, managing you adapting posture, relieve muscle - tightness and maintain muscle strength.
- Our classes end with breath work and relaxation techniques to help you feel prepared for labour

About

Michelle is a qualified Physiotherapist with over 8 years of experience working in the NHS. Prior to studying Physiotherapy Michelle completed a degree in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage.

Michelle is passionate about promoting holistic wellbeing and recently trained to become a Pilates Instructor with APPI in Matwork Pilates and Ante/Post Natal Pilates.

During Michelle's own pregnancy she enjoyed taking part in regular Ante and Post Natal Pilates to help her body adapt and recover. As well as Pilates Michelle offers Pregnancy Massage to support you on your journey to Motherhood.
