Description
The Prenatal Pilates classes are low impact and therefore an excellent form of exercise for you during pregnancy. It can help to improve your sleep, mood, reduce back pain, help with weight management and reduce the risk of incontinence. It is also shown that Pilates can support with common pregnancy complaints such as reduced swelling, reduced constipation, improved circulation, support with adjusting to physical changes to the body as well as making it easier for you to resume exercise post birth. Mind&Body's classes are designed for you to take well-deserved time for you which is why they are adult-only.
Crowthorne classes are run on a Tuesday evening between 7:00pm and 8:00pm.
