What is included in the 5 week baby massage course?
So each week there is a different part of the body that we are focusing on. We would recap the previous weeks too.
After we have massaged babies it is time for a hot drink and biscuits. There is some time to speak to other parents and let babies interact with each other too. I think this is so important as adult conversation is so vital and also knowing someone else is in the same boat as you really helps.
You will receive a bottle of massage grade oil to use throughout the baby massage sessions and at home.
You will also get a little goodie bag because everyone deserves a little treat, right ?
The next 5 week course starts on the 7th November.
