MOTHER NURTURE COLLECTIVE

My gentle, expert-led baby massage classes are the perfect first experience for you and your little one. 

This 4-week course is designed for babies from around 8 weeks old until they start crawling. With small, intimate groups these sessions are held at The Discovery Room within John Lewis in Solihull. The venue provides a serene space for you and your baby. 

The soothing strokes of my signature routine help promote relaxation, improve sleep, aid digestion and strengthen your connection with your baby.

Each session begins by focusing on you—we’ll take a moment to settle in with soft breathing techniques and stretches that help you feel grounded and present. Then, I’ll guide you through a soothing baby massage, teaching you my signature routine, which we’ll build on each week. By week 4, you’ll be able to give your baby a full-body massage.

Our sessions will end with a serene mama and baby meditation, leaving you both feeling relaxed and nurtured.

As a special gift, you’ll receive a pot of organic coconut oil to nourish your baby’s skin, as well as my signature baby massage booklet and video course, so you can continue the massage experience at home.
