Description

Online postnatal yoga classes are here to help you connect to yourself & your baby through massage & movement. Come move to remember who you are. Revitalise & strengthen your body & mind. We will focus on postnatal core recover & rehab. While building a beautiful community together. It does take a village to raise a child after all.

Bring your own mat & warm blanket or mat for baby to lay on. Toys to keep them occupied if a little older.,
