6 week Prenatal Yoga Course. Learn techniques for labour & relaxation as well as strengthening & opening your bodies during the many changes a pregnancy brings. This class is also about building your community, meeting mums in your area.

Please bring your own mat and warm blanket, and any warm clothes for the end relaxation
