What Mum On The Run says

Fitness classes for mums to be and new mums with their babies from 6+ weeks. Full body workout with an option to involve baby in some of exercises. Class is 45 min long with an optional coffee break afterwards. All classes are near cafe and playground. Come along, get fit and meet new friends.
