Thursdays 11:30am (55 min class)

It's a very friendly and relaxed class where you can have a proper workout right beside your baby. The class is recorded so you can always catch up on anything you miss. It doesn't matter what stage of fitness you have or if you need to stop to change, feed or cuddle your baby. I'll look after you with postantal safe exercises designed to get your fitness back and build your core and pelvic floor strength! This class is perfect anytime you feel ready after 6 weeks postpartum to when your baby is a fast crawler. Free tummy checks and exercsie band to take home too!

About

I am very happy to give you all of my 14 plus years expert knowledge and experience of postnatal exercise. Everyone has a different pregnancy and birth so I can adapt any exercise to suit you. With free monthly tummy checks, we can work together to make you fit, strong and back to feeling like you again. I am also a mum, so I realise that things never go to plan. This is the most relaxed and supportive class you will ever be a part of!
