NAMASTACEY YOGA

Pregnancy yoga & Mam and Baby yoga

What NamaStacey Yoga says

Pregnancy Yoga is great for;
Preparing your body for birth
Preparing you mind for birth
Connecting with other parents to be!

I trained in Pregnancy Yoga whilst pregnant myself, so I know first hand the value of it, particularly in terms of connection with my body and baby and connection with other mamas, and I feel so privileged to walk alongside other mamas on arguably the biggest journey a body and soul can go through.

We will cover;
Breathing techniques to help you throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond
Pelvic floor exercises which again will be so useful throughout your whole journey
Flows and stretches to maintain fitness within the body
Optimal birthing positions
Physiology and a deeper understanding of your amazing body in all its glory
Birth Education and a safe space to talk about anything pregnancy/birth/post partum related

Mam and Baby Yoga
As a brand new mama myself I've found my diary full of lovely baby classes, but found myself craving some time focused on what I need (that I could still bring my little treasure too of course!), so I've created this class focused around all we need as new mams.
Expect time to relax and unwind, a good stretch out of all the muscles we use as new mums, as well as maintaining and building strength and flexibility following the toll pregnancy and birth takes on our bodies, as well as getting our connect to our little ones and get them involved and interested in our well being.

A happy Mama equals a happy Baba!
There is also time to connect and chat to other mums and have a HOT cuppa!
Please note you must be 6 weeks post vaginal delivery or 10 weeks following a c-section.
*Dads/Grandparents/Carers/Guardians/Relatives of Babas are all more than welcome too
