Join our qualified teachers for fun and interactive lessons and have quality time to bond with baby in the warmth of our hydro pools water.

You can also join us for aqua-natal classes during and after your pregnancy! Including gentle exercises increase strength and general fitness, followed by a relaxing float in our warm hydro water. You'll also be able to connect with other mums-to-be and be a part of a supportive and friendly network.

Neptune Aquatics (Social Enterprise) is a dynamic social enterprise powered by a team of passionate and skilled staff. Our main goal is to make hydrotherapy and the advantages of warm water exercise accessible to everyone.
Our swim lessons take a fun and relaxed approach to help kids feel confident and safe in the water. They’re packed with songs, games, and guided exploration to make learning enjoyable! A big part of our lessons are teaching parents the best ways to help their children learn how to swim, ensuring everyone develops a positive attitude toward swimming from a young age.
Our aqua natal classes give new mums and mums-to-be a way to stay active in a gentle, comfortable and welcoming environment. Combining exercise and relaxation with the assistance of buoyancy in the water.
