A relaxed course allowing you and baby time to connect, learn massage skills, simple yoga stretches and reflexology points to help support your babies development and grow you in confidence and knowledge.

* Online class manual, video's and music provided for home use
* Baby massage oil to keep for use outside of class also

You will meet other new parents and babies in a supportive environment where there is lots of time to socialise, learn about your babies new born reflexes, inner body and giving you a greater understanding of your new baby and how their body is developing and how to help aid them during their early months of development.

We will learn basic baby yoga stretches to further enhance baby massage, alongside using reflexology, making a truly effective toolkit for you & baby in those early months.

Baby will experience a weekly spa session with treatments, sparkly lights, soft music, sensory toys and a water & sleepy massage experience, parents will learn their own reflexology treatment also to support changes throughout the body.

The classes are a relaxed and informal environment and very much parent & baby led, meaning that all baby behaviour is welcome and there is time for feeding, changing, talking and playing throughout the session. With social area after class for a drink and a chat with new friends.

This course can be ongoing and we will learn lots of varying routines including a full baby massage, nursery rhyme massage, sleepy massage, congestion clearing massage, constipation & colic relief massage, baby reflexology routine and an adults reflexology routine and lots more.

All class materials provided including towels, cushions, mats. Free onsite parking with 1 level entry, baby changing and disabled facilities.
