🌟New Class in Midlothian!!

My new ‘Mummy and Me’ class is based on the bestselling book, The Nurture Revolution by neuroscientist, Dr Greer Kirshenbaum. I have been trained by Dr Kirchenbaum herself, along with fellow neuroscientist Dr Rocio Zunini, and I am now ready to offer my services as one of the world's first Nurture Neuroscience Practitioners! 🧠

This class is like no other, focusing on not only infant brain development, but maternal mental health too. Through the use of grounding exercises and an intimate circle for sharing, this class will leave you feeling validated, educated and most importantly supported during the 4th trimester and beyond. 👩‍🍼

I am also an infant sleep consultant, giving you the added bonus of asking me for sleep support after class. Whether that is education on normal infant sleep expectations, or a specific issue you need help with. 😴

The Circle Class:

In a series of 12 gatherings, we will cover the key topics that mothers need to know to grow lifelong health for their babies and themselves. Suitable for babies 0-6 months of age (pre-crawlers).

What to expect:

There will be refreshments after class and an optional whatsapp group will be set up, to further connect you to the other mamas between classes.

Cost:

The final part of my training is to run a 12 week series, and so I am offering this block at a discounted rate of £7 per class (£84 for full block). For 6 weeks at a time £8.50 per class(£51).

- Start Date Wednesday March 26th.

- Finishing June 18th

- (with 1 week break for Easter. Class will not meet April 16th)

Please bring a blanket for baby to lie . Mats will be provided for comfort too :)
