It is about deep relaxation, meditation, a space to be totally yourself, and learning to celebrate you and your beautiful body.

Nourishing you is about discovering a deep understanding of your female self and the spiritual transitions you move through body, heart and spirit on this journey we call life: menarche, menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, the postpartum time, motherhood and peri- menopause.
