Shellbe will take mamas on an energetic journey guiding through 45 mins of safe exercise, programmed for postnatal recovery. Consisting of 4 sets of varied exercise’s targeting different muscle groups aimed to strengthen and stabilise whilst having fun bonding time with your new baby. Functional movement with baby wearing or holding is optional, baby can also be safely positioned on a mat beside mama if more comfortable. All exercises will be coached with adaptations catering to different woman’s needs, bodies and capabilities. Mamas will not be pushed to do anything that they’re physically not ready for.
- Feeding, nappy changing and all the cuddles are welcome in abundance at any point during the class.
- 15 Mins after class to meet and connect with other mamas, refreshment/hydration offered..
- Each class will differ weekly in exercises and physical focus.

- All classes have a 48hr cancellation policy, cancelling outside of this means class/fee will be lost.
