What Pregnancy Yoga - Hannah Fraser Yoga says
These sessions are designed to support the changing needs of your body and mind throughout each trimester, and to help prepare for birth and parenthood.
Each session includes functional movement, simple pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and deep, supported relaxation.
No previous experience is required; pregnancy is a perfect time to begin practicing, and it’s never too late to start. There will be lots of options including on the floor or in a chair.
After 60 minutes of movement, there is an optional 30 mins to stay and catch up with local parents-to-be. You can also join the pregnancy yoga WhatsApp group, to stay in touch and receive additional resources.

I’m Hannah. I’m a qualified yoga and pregnancy yoga teacher.
My style is practical, inclusive and mindful. I hope you'll leave feeling relaxed, empowered, and informed.
I’m currently doing further training in pelvic floor function.
