New mums are welcome from 6 weeks postpartum and 8-10 weeks post caesarean.

About

We are a beautiful, newly renovated class-based Fitness Studio in Mitcham, very close to Figgs Marsh, with great travel connections. Our studio boasts a large open-plan space with heaps of natural light and all the equipment to facilitate these classes. We pride ourselves on quality teaching, and both Jess and Indi (a mother herself) have years of experience in Prenatal and Postnatal yoga. We offer the added bonus of a safe place to store your pushchairs, changing facilities, and free parking directly outside of the studio.
