Ribalon Institute is offering a 6-week Solution-Focused Parenting Group designed to empower parents with practical strategies and a supportive community. The course begins on February 25, 2025, with sessions held every Tuesday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Mycenae House, SE3 7SE. Facilitated by Dr. A. Biba Georgieva, an experienced group facilitator and certified Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) practitioner with over a decade of professional experience, the group provides a nurturing environment for parents to learn, share, and grow.

Throughout the course, participants will explore key topics to navigate the challenges of modern parenting, including:

• Identifying and building on family strengths
• Creating positive parenting strategies, including discipline and reward systems
• Setting achievable goals for children's emotional and behavioral development
• Encouraging resilience and self-esteem in children
• Fostering healthy relationships, communication, and connection with children
• Managing stress and maintaining balance as a parent
• Strategies for balancing work, life, and parenting

The course fee is £210, covering all six sessions. Spaces are limited to maintain an intimate, confidential, supportive, and safe group environment.
