Description
Baby yoga is an excellent form of gentle exercise which has many benefits for both baby and mum. Yoga is proven to aid with common ailments such as colic, digestive problems and aids sleep. The benefits for mums are plentiful too, proven to reduce the risk of postnatal depression and offers a gentle form of exercise to aid your recovery.
Our classes are focused on teaching you the ancient craft of yoga through a mixture of yoga moves and mindfulness tasks. We keep our classes small to create a safe, friendly environment which will not overwhelm baby or mum. The classes are a balanced mix of focused instructor led activities and time to relax and make new friends over a cuppa and maybe a cake or two.
