BEAUTIFUL STARTS

I offer a range of hypnobirthing antenatal courses. The COMPLETE course is a full antenatal course (similar to more traditional courses), but with the added feature of hypnobirthing birth preparation running throughout. I also offer a CALM CAESAREAN, a REFRESHER course for mums who have done it before, and and INTENSE course for birth teams who are short on time, or have decided to take the course later in pregnancy. The courses will prepare you practically and mentally for birth, and will empower you to have a positive experience and not feel unprepared or like a passive recipient of how your labour plays out. A course with me will take you from 'scared to prepared.' Don't leave your birth experience to chance.

Courses are scheduled on a bespoke basis, so please contact me to discuss. The COMPLETE course is 10 hours and runs over 4 consecutive week nights for a month. Eg every Monday for 4 weeks, 730pm - 10pm etc.
