BIRTH THEN BABY

This course runs on Saturday 25th November & Sunday 26th November from 9:30-13:30/2pm

My Group Hypnobirthing Classes are held within the Whitley Bay area, nestled near the tranquil Holywell Dene – the perfect backdrop for a peaceful post-class stroll.

On arrival, you’ll be handed your hypnobirthing pack and welcome MUMosa drink (think Mimosa but for pregnancy!). You’ll then have the opportunity to get to know the other parents before we dive in, making it a relaxed and friendly environment. And don’t worry, I won’t make you do any cringey ice break activities.

The course is held over 2x4 hour sessions and are as interactive as possible. I promise I won’t just be talking at you for four hours! You’ll have the opportunity to practice the techniques, ask questions and work together with your birth partner to start working towards your positive birth experience. Oh, and we’ll have a break for cuppas and refreshments.

If you can’t attend in person, you can also join online, where you can watch the live class from the comfort of your own home. You will be able to pitch in and ask questions, just as if you were here and your hypnobirthing pack will be sent out to you before the class starting.

The hypnobirting class is £235 per ticket which includes:
-A space for you and your birth partner
-The full hypnobirthing course
-The hypnobirthing pack with an interactive workbook and hypnobirthing audios, plus some practical tools to take to your birth and some relaxing goodies
-My ongoing support once the course finishes
