Description

The first few weeks or months of being a mum can be pretty tough. It's not unusual for new mothers to feel anxious, stressed and unsure.

Breathe Melodies for Mums has been designed to energise and uplift mums who might be finding it all a bit of a struggle. Our weekly singing groups have been scientifically proven to reduce anxiety, boost your mood, and strengthen the bond between you and your baby, and best of all, they're completely free!

Instead of the same old nursery rhymes, we explore songs from around the globe over 10 weeks, teaching harmonies and musical rounds at a pace that suits you. Plus, our friendly team is here to lend a helping hand whenever you need it.
