My pregnancy yoga classes enable you to be to take some time out each week to focus on yourself and also connect with your baby/ies. Classes are a place to come to relax, unwind, meet other mums to be, and to learn how to use yoga both to bring a balance of release and relaxation, and strength and stamina, to the body, and also the mind, in preparation for a positive labour, birth and motherhood.
My classes offer a safe and welcoming community to celebrate pregnancy, to connect and share experiences, and learn useful techniques to support you through this magical time.
No previous yoga experience needed. The class is suitable from 14 weeks right up to birth.
Classes are booked in blocks or part blocks nearer to your due date. Classes work out at £10 each.
