Description

Join us for a term of baby massage. Led by a certified IAIM Infant Massage Instructor.
A journey of learning your bubz cues and coos whilst sharing moments which promote connection. Physical benefits to baby include relief of colic symptoms, improved sleep, stimulation to support growth and development. Parents also benefit greatly during this course through peer discussion and support of all topics relating to the role of parenting and world of babies and beyond, as well as the breathing and relaxation techniques used throughout the classes.
By the end of the term - expect to have a greater understanding of your babies cues, some top tips from fellow parents, confidence in your knowledge and to be equipped with gentle strokes that, combined or individually, provides you with carved out, enjoyable time for you and bubz, whilst engaging in baby massage.

Weekend class terms offered to (but not currently exclusive to) give partners and those who have returned to work - opportunities to attend should they wish to.

Refreshments are provided.

Perfect for partners that can't make the weekday classes or those that work during the week - an opportunity to take part in a massage class with bubz and get all the lovely benefits that come from it.

Booking info & prices

Booking is required as spaces in each class is limited. Full payment for the term due prior to commencing the first class. One term consists of 5 consecutive weeks of classes of one hour each. Details of venue within Southfields is made available upon enquiry/booking. Further details of what is class requirements is sent to participants 4 weeks prior to start date or as soon as possible if booking is made closer to start date. Gift vouchers are available to gift a term (or part payment for a term).
