BUBZ & BOND: BABY CLASSES

This five week online course is designed to be holistic- seamlessly blending parental support with gentle touch. Every week you will build on learning and practising gentle massage strokes that benefit babies growth and development, stimulate the senses and more.
Baby massage has been found to aid better sleep, stimulate babies growth and development, as well as encouraging baby to communicate in their own way.
That's not all...relief of symptoms of colic, ease of symptoms of digestive issues, stimulating muscle growth and development are just some of the benefits you can expect from this class.
And for you? Parents can expect to gain increase confidence in responding to babies coos and cues - leading you to feel more relaxed in engaging with baby as you enjoy this special time together. You can expect to see improvement in your emotional regulation and a strengthening of the bond between you both. Meeting other parents along the way, sharing the joys and challenges, and easing into the road of parenthood together.

Sleeping babies are not an issue as you are still able to join in and be included and crying babies are not a deal breaker either - we welcome communication in all its forms!
