Description
Buggyfit is a safe and effective low-impact full-body workout for new mums. We strengthen all the muscles that got weaker during pregnancy: the core (including the pelvic floor), back, glutes and arms. Taught by a qualified pre- and postnatal trainer and part of the established Buggyfit brand, this class is designed to strengthen you from the inside out while connecting you to other local mums. From 6-8 weeks postnatal following your GP check-up. Please email me at [email protected] if you have any questions.
Please make sure that you've had sign-off from your GP (at 6 weeks) plus I'll ask you to complete a health questionnaire ahead of your first class. Please bring your own mat/blanket.
*Single class: 24-hour cancellation applies
*Term ticket: you are welcome to do a make-up class WITHIN the term, however you cannot roll them over to another term.
