Come rain or shine we will be outside for our fun and refreshing Buggyfit class. This is the ideal class for new mums looking to get back in shape after having your new bundle of fun. It also benefits baby by providing lots of fresh air!

Buggyfit runs in all weathers so make sure you and baby are dressed in weather appropriate clothing!
