CALM CONNECTIONS

Baby massage is a wonderful first class to bring your little one along to. It can enhance bonding and attachment, relieve pain and discomfort from colic, wind and teething and leave you both feeling calm and relaxed.

Each course is completed over five consecutive weeks and in each session, you will learn how to massage different parts of your baby’s body. In addition, you will learn massage theory such as the best time to massage your baby, understanding their communication, colic relief and how to adapt the massage as your little one grows. As part of a small and intimate group, it is a great opportunity to meet other parents with babies of a similar age and a chance to share experiences and discussions over tea/coffee and home baked goods!

The course includes organic oils, a detailed parent handbook, refreshments and a certificate on completion of the course.
