Pregnancy Yoga with Carmi Yoga & Wellness is a supportive and nurturing class designed for all stages of pregnancy. Taught by a former Midwife and mum of four, this class offers a safe and welcoming space where you can stretch, strengthen and relax as your body changes. Each session focuses on gentle movements to ease tension, improve posture, and build and strengthen key areas like the back, hips and pelvic floor.
We focus of breathing technques & mindfulness practices to help you stay calm and connected, preparing both your body and mind for birth. These techniques are invaluable tools for managing stress, improving sleep, and fostering a deeper connection with your baby.
Whether you're new to yoga or have prior experience, this class is tailored to all fitness levels, ensuring you feel supported at every step of your pregnancy journey.
