Description
At this class you will work on your physical health while spending time with your baby. Exercises are tailored to your fitness level. It is essential that you get your GP's approval to start exercising after childbirth. Generally speaking you can start these type of exercises the soonest 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 12 weeks after c-section. Main focus is on pelvic floor health and abdominal separation as we build back a healthy posture and breathing patterns.

Booking is only valid if you book the adult ticket.
Please feed your baby more or less 20 mins prior to class starting.
Please bring water and a towel with you.
There are free parking places near the building.
There is bathroom, but no baby changing facilities.
