CONNECTING MUMS

A weekly mum and baby group to connect with local mums, reflect on how you're doing, and discuss different motherhood topics to feel less alone.

We have a private space on certain Thursdays at The Station, Hither Green (9.45-11.45am), and The Honor Oak Pub (1-3pm), with a big play mat and toys to put baby down if you wish, or you can hold, feed, rock (whatever works for you!).

This is a safe and supportive space to come together and share in the rollercoaster of motherhood! So many classes are aimed at the babies, which is wonderful, but this can be a vulnerable and challenging time for many mums, and you deserve support too. The more supported, relaxed and connected you feel, the more resilient you'll be for when times feel challenging.

We use the upstairs private room at The Honor Oak, a wonderful, family friendly pub on the Honor Oak/Catford/Forest Hill border. There is space to feed, rock or sit with your baby, and baby changing facilities. There will be a chair and cushion for everyone, and a large play mat in the middle with toys for you to lay your baby down if you wish.

There is a WhatsApp group for each group to keep in touch between and after sessions.
