Description
Our Baby Massage course is run by Lisa, a fully qualified Holistic therapist with 15 years experience. Trained in Infant Massage Therapy, Massage Therapy and Reflexology. Lisa has also experience with Reflux and Colic in young Infants. We approach Baby Massage at Gymboree Play & Music with an Holistic approach adding in Play techniques, Makaton signing songs for baby as well as discussion time and many tips on early infant development. Its the perfect first class for bonding and meeting new grown-ups in your area. We do also encourage you to come along if baby has been struggling with colic/reflux as the course will offer lots of support to you.
The course is 4 weeks and we break in down into 4 very easy steps with notes, organic oil, sensory gift for baby all included in the fee of £40
We support you to continue massaging at home with mini videos too so if baby fusses at class its not an issue. Feeding is also welcome during and after class if your finding baby’s routine is changeable
Course dates coming up- Tuesdays 11th of February and and every 4 weeks thereafter
