Our First Aid Playgroup is a relaxed and welcoming course designed for parents and carers to learn essential baby and child first aid while their little ones play. We know how busy life can be, so we’ve created a space where you can gain lifesaving skills without the need for childcare!

Course content:
✅Introduction to First Aid and playgroup
✅CPR and choking relief techniques (adult, child & infant)
✅Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
✅Recovery position (adult, child & infant)
✅Recognising and treating common childhood illnesses
✅Managing wounds, stings and burns

All sessions are friendly and hands-on, ensuring you leave feeling confident and prepared. Babies and toddlers are welcome to play alongside you in a safe environment while you learn.
