The Nurture Circle-
A safe and sacred space to gather, discuss, learn and journey through parenthood and the big questions that can arise. It isn’t a therapy group but is a space for exploring life in an exclusive community of likeminded parents.

Circle Content
This circle runs for four weeks at a time and is delivered in a small group of 4-6 people. Each circle will look different depending on what has been shared, however, the space will offer a grounding activity, discussion/share, time to write/journal, explore a wellbeing practice and end with a meditation.
As part of the circle, you will be invited to join a Whatsapp chat, just for the
circle, for extra support and encouragement during the week. A copy of the
‘Beyond Birth’ ebook will also be provided to each attendee to offer deeper
learning and reflection.

How it works
This circle is suitable for parents with babies/children aged 0-4. Circles are
currently delivered virtually in small groups and can be offered in-person (please contact [email protected] to discuss).
By joining the circle, you are committing to yourself and the group (block-bookings only). No session is the same, you are able to book as many circle
blocks as you wish.
