Disco Duck dance classes for ages 2-4 offer a fun and engaging introduction to dance, packed with benefits for your little one! These classes help improve coordination, balance, and motor skills, learning to hop, jump and skip. They stimulate creativity and cognitive skills and helps build their confidence by taking part and having fun. Within our friendly, welcoming and supportive environment, children develop social skills like teamwork and turn-taking while making new friends.
The class always starts with a warm up and finishes with a cool down that they get familiar with and can sing along to. Each half term, we explore different themes such as 'In The Jungle', 'Down At The Farm', 'Going Shopping' and 'At The Seaside'. We encourage parents to join in and help their child to settle in the first few weeks if they need that little extra support and to help build up to them enjoying the class independently.
