A class designed for pregnant people to gently move and stretch the body in preparation for birth. Our prenatal classes focus on centering the breath and mind - the perfect opportunity to reconnect with the self while preparing for parenthood.

At MIND we are dedicated to creating a safe space for parents-to-be to connect with each-other and prepare their bodies for birth.
