MINDFUL BODY - BABY MASSAGE CLASS BRISTOL

An intimate baby massage course for parents with babies from birth up to 1 years old, run by Jess - a certified Infant Massage Instructor.

Across the 5-week course, we will work together to:
- Learn how nurturing touch helps to encourage connection and bonding between parents and babies
- Understand your baby’s states, cues and reflexes – helping you grow in confidence as a parent
- Learn strokes to practise at home, building up to a full body massage
- Discover how massage can help with common complaints such as trapped wind, constipation, restless sleeping and teething
- Connect with other parents in a supportive and friendly environment

The course also includes:
- Handouts to support your home practice
- Bottle of 100% organic massage oil
- Tea, coffee and snacks to enjoy during session discussions
- Goodie bag at the end of the course

On street pay and display parking is available on Pembroke Road and the surrounding side streets. Clifton Down Shopping Centre also has a pay and display car park, which is 10 minutes walk from the church. Clifton Down train station is just 10 minutes walk from the church. There is space to leave pushchairs inside the church, on the ground floor before you enter the Randall Room.
