Description
Gentle enough to enjoy from 12-42 weeks of pregnancy, this class provides time to get to know your changing body and growing baby, and gradually prepare for birth and life with a baby.
Including brief introductions, breathing focus, stretches, pelvic floor exercises, contraction practice and relaxation.
Classes are suitable from 14 weeks up until birth, and feature breathing, gentle yoga poses and relaxation, as well as time to get to know other participants.
Booking with either single tickets, or a class pass of 6 (which you can book as and when you like).
