Description
Gentle enough to enjoy from 12-42 weeks of pregnancy, this class provides time to get to know your changing body and growing baby, and gradually prepare for birth and life with a baby.
Including brief introductions, breathing focus, stretches, pelvic floor exercises, contraction practice and relaxation.
Please book before you come, either single tickets, or a class pass of 6 (which you can book as and when you like).
