Pregnancy safe workouts programmed by a pre and post natal exercise qualified instructor.
The classes are a combination of cardio and resistance, specific to the trimester that you are in.
Each class is followed by an exclusive audience with a hand picked expert, covering a range of topics:
- Pregnancy and birth Q&A - with specialist private midwife
- Feeding - breastfeeding or bottle, how to succeed whatever your choice, equipment you do and don't need, combi feeding
- Baby first aid
- Nutrition - during pregnancy and after birth
- Mental health counsellor
Reasons to join:
- Gain confidence in exercising whilst pregnant and learn how to train outside of classes safely

Classes can be booked as a full term of 6 classes initially due to the screening and planning involved for each individual. After the initial term, individual classes can be booked on a PAYG basis.
Up to 1 class per term can be rolled over to the following term with at least 3 days notice.
