Description
A class to enhance your wellbeing at this time full of change in your life. Meet other expectant mums, enjoy some mindful activities, breathing exercises, music, crafts and a hot drink. Even learn some baby massage techniques ready for your new arrival. Run by an award winning and highly qualified singer, massage practitioner and hygge (Danish 'mindfulness') expert.
No need to bring anything - just yourself. We provide the hot (or cold!) drinks, snacks, chat and activities to help you unwind and prepare for your new baby!
