A 6 week course for ALL new mummas wanting to start up their exercise journey in a controlled and progressive way.
Whether it’s for general well being, wanting to get back to running, return to sport or a chance to meet other new mums then this is the course for you!
Learn, move and be inspired to embark on your own fitness journey with more knowledge and understanding on how your postpartum body works and responds best to exercise.
A chance to focus on you, your health and your confidence
The course is limited to 6 mummas and their little ones to ensure i am able to provide enough 1:1 support and guidance throughout the session.
