Description
Postnatal class on the Equipment would be a small group of no more than 4 mums, focusing on the core and whole-body recovery. It will be more affordable than our general Equipment sessions and the attendants would be exclusively mums (opposed as to our Equipment classes that have a mix population). Babies are still very welcome! The environment will be relaxed, with space for feeding and comforting baby at any point if needed.
