Description
Sweatymama is a fun, effective workout choreographed to music to improve overall fitness. Tracks include cardio fitness, resistance and floor tracks to rebuild core strength. The workout is baby wearing friendly so you can enjoy your workout with little one close by!
Suitable from 6 weeks post birth (10 week post c section) and children of all ages are welcome. Also suitable during pregnancy.
It's a great way to meet other local mums and build friendships. Our classes provide that much needed self care and a chance to focus on you!
