Description
My Mum and Baby Yoga Classes are a lovely way to start moving your body again after the birth of your baby. This class offers a safe space to meet with other new mums, practice some gentle stretching and enjoy some time with your baby.
Each class starts with a short time for sharing and is followed by a gentle yoga flow and some sensory activities for your baby.
We will focus together on nourishing your mind and body, through practicing breath work, core strength, and pelvic floor and increasing your range of movement.
Come as you are on the day and enjoy a warm welcome. This is a safe space and you are welcome to stop, feed, cuddle, sit anytime you need. There is plenty of space for buggies.
Classes are suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8 weeks post caesarean birth. Please get the all clear from your GP before starting classes.
Classes are followed by baby club from 11-11:45am. This is a free drop in session and is a chance to chat to other mums over a cuppa and a piece of cake/biscuit. Suggested donation is £2 cash on the day to go towards the cost of the venue.
Cost: £50 for 5 class block or £15 drop-in
