Welcome to The Mama Movement.
We are a postnatal wellbeing community to support you Move. Connect. Restore. We offer weekly 45 minute ‘bring your baby’ classes to:
Move: Rebuild strength, flexibility and release tension through yoga and Pilates inspired movements. All moves are modified for post natal recovery and include progression options, set to chilled beats.
Connect: Meet like minded mums. Classes are in blocks, so you’ll get to know your fellow mums through chatting and the class includes a brief guided discussion on a weekly theme such as the mental load and resilience. We’ll set you up a block-specific WhatsApp group for those that want to Connect off the mat, and we encourage a coffee and / or walk after class.
Restore: Relax and refresh through a guided relaxation and focus on breathwork to close the class and complete your Mama Movement session.
Mats provided, please where loose, comfortable clothing. You’ll be asked to complete a short questionnaire and sign a disclaimer on arrival.
