Welcome to The Mama Movement.
We are a postnatal wellbeing community to support you Move. Connect. Restore. We offer weekly 45 minute ‘bring your baby’ classes to:
🧘🏼♀️ Move: Rebuild strength, flexibility and release tension through yoga and Pilates inspired movements. All moves are modified for post natal recovery and include progression options, set to chilled beats.
🫶🏻 Connect: Meet like minded mums. Classes are in blocks, so you’ll get to know your fellow mums through chatting and we’ll set you up a block-specific WhatsApp group for those that want to Connect off the mat, and we encourage a coffee and / or walk after class.
🌿 Restore: Relax and refresh through a guided relaxation and focus on breathwork to close the class and complete your Mama Movement session.
You’ll be required to complete a pre activity questionnaire for insurance purposes.
