Description

A lovely baby massage class for parents/ grandparents to connect with baby. Learn gentle massage techniques to help relief from teething, colic, wind, constipation, growing pains and more! Also included is a grounding relaxation and gentle stretches for parent to prepare for massage. Afterwards, enjoy a drink and snacks (biscuits, fruit) which are provided. All this in a relaxed class where you are listened to, connect with others and enjoy your journey into parenthood with useful tools to help with whatever life brings. Suitable for babies from birth to crawling.
