Here at The PPP Co, we provide supportive classes from pregnancy to postpartum. Pregnancy Yoga and private Antenatal Classes empower you to make the choices that are right for you when it comes to childbirth whilst keeping active safely. Childbirth is one of the most transformative experiences, it will be a day you will never forget. So join us to build your knowledge, confidence and support, so you can make your own decisions throughout.

Postnatal mum & baby yoga and baby massage provide classes to support your healing from childbirth, connect with your baby and just get some time for you! Healing after childbirth is a journey in itself. It is important to rebuild from the foundations- the pelvic floor, the deep core- that support your body in every movement. We incorporate plenty of space and time for you to rest, connect with your baby and just relax and enjoy!

All classes are tailored to your needs, enabling you to find some relief, keep active in a safe way and to build your confidence. We provide that safe space, that nourishing space where you can feel heard and seen. Your journey is important. YOU are important.

About

I'm Amy, mum of 2, wife, Pregnancy Yoga Teacher, Antenatal Educator, Baby Massage Instructor, Postnatal Yoga teacher and so much more. I am passionate about helping people overcome their fears and worries around pregnancy and birth. It can be a whirlwind of new information and I aim to provide a safe space for women to come and share their journeys together. Know that you are not alone. Whether you need some relief from pregnancy ailments, need some 'me time' or need help dealing with a baby's colic symptoms, I am here, happy to help or just be that person to listen to you.

I provide a warm, friendly atmosphere, with a welcome brew, laughs, connection and healing. Come and join us and grow your support network :)
