Description
Our postnatal mum and baby yoga classes are filled with different elements, from baby massage, baby yoga to breathing exercises, and a gentle yoga practice for mum to rebuild strength. Your body has gone through a transformative period, providing a space for your baby to grow and then birthing your baby. It is amazing! We want to respect all it has been through, so, we support your healing journey with gentle practices that rebuild your core, bring strength to your pelvic floor (no more sneeze wees!) and support things like prolapse, diastasis recti, etc.
You ill leave class feeling the oxytocin flowing, feeling connected with your baby, stronger, looser and relaxed- there are many opportunities for meditation and a yummy yoga nidra at the end of class. I am happy to help with baby if you'd like focus on your practice or relaxation.
Suitable from 6 weeks after childbirth or 8 weeks after caesarean, until baby is crawling.
